Can I cancel my reservation?
Tee time reservations may be canceled when necessary. However, they are refundable only if: 1) cancelled 24+ hours in advance of the tee time; 2) the golf course is closed on the day of play; or 3) you are a GolfPass+ Annual member with at least one of your twelve (12) free tee time cancellations available to use. Any refunded amounts will be available as credit to use toward a future tee time booking.
Tee time reservations paid at the golf course are subject to that course's specific cancellation policy, which can be found in your Upcoming Reservations page.
Active GolfPass+ Annual members are eligible to change or cancel up to twelve (12) tee time reservations in a calendar year for any reason. GolfPass+ Annual members may make a change or cancel their tee time reservation up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled tee time. GolfPass+ Annual members who modify or cancel their tee time reservation within the allowed timeframe will have any prepaid amounts credited to their GolfNow account. You may cancel or modify up to one (1) tee time reservation per course, per day of play.
Can I change the day or time of my reservation?
Tee time reservations may be modified or canceled when necessary. However, they are refundable only if: 1) modified or canceled 24+ hours in advance of the tee time; 2) the golf course is closed on the day of play; or 3) you are a GolfPass+ Annual member with at least one of your twelve (12) free tee time cancellations available to use. Any refunded amounts will be available as credit to use toward a future tee time booking.

Can I add or remove a player to my reservation?
To add an additional player to your tee time you must book another reservation for the same tee time (subject to availability). Prices for tee times can vary and are not guaranteed to be the same as the price at which the original tee time reservation was made. New reservations cannot be price matched to old and existing reservations.
To remove a player from your reservation, go to your View Reservations page and click "Modify Players or Cancel" on the reservation you would like to modify. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and a reason, then click "Submit Cancellation." Please note that tee times are only refundable if modified or cancelled up to twenty-four (24) hours ahead of your scheduled tee time.
When can I use my promo code?
Some Promo Codes have restrictions on the days and/or times when they can be redeemed (i.e. valid on play dates Monday – Thursday after 12pm). For specific restrictions affecting a Promo Code you may have, please refer to the Terms & Conditions delivered with the Promo Code you are redeeming.
Why is there a Pending Charge on my Credit Card?
In some instances, you may see “pending charges” during the booking process. This can occur when some banks and financial institutions place a “hold” on your card, which can be for a set amount of funds and may show as “pending” for a number of days. If this occurs, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution with questions.
